摘  要:60-gt土工离心机电气系统由转速控制、摄影摄像、数据采集等组成。通过计算机给定模拟转速和加速度设置,电流和转速反馈双闭环系统实现转速控制。数码相机、摄像机、闪光控制仪等组成完成运动模型的定点摄影摄像及图像监视。40通道的静态数据采集系统完成信号的测量、采集、传输与存储,并对速度调节参数、加速度稳定度和转速测量精度分析与计算。系统仿真表明该系统稳定可靠,精度高。The electrical system of the 60-gt geotechnical centrifuge is composed of rotate speed control, photograph and video, data acquisition etc. Rotate speed control is implemented via two closed-loop systems with current and rotate speed feedback, through setting up simulant rotate speed and acceleration given by computer. Photograph and video and image surveillance for fixed spot of moving model was accomplished by digital camera, video camera, flash controller etc. Signal measurement, data acquisition, transmission and storage are accomplished by static data acquisition system with 40 channels, and speed adjust parameters, acceleration stability and rotate speed measuring accuracy were analyzed and calculated. System simulation shows this system has stable reliability and higher accuracy.
