摘　　要：本文介绍了网络财务的基本特征 ,阐述了企业理财柔性的内涵 ,在剖析网络财务模式如何影响理财系统柔性的基础上 ,提出网络财务模式在化解理财缓冲需求的同时 ,极大地增强了企业理财系统的适应能力和创新能力。In this article, the authors introduce the basic features of network financing, set force the meaning of the flexibility of enterprise financing system. After deeply analyzing how the new style exerts an important influence on the flexibility, they put forward that while diminishing the demand for cushion, network financing has greatly improved the adaptability and creativity of the flexibility of enterprise financing system.
