郴州市护士生活质量及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的　了解郴州市护士的生活质量状况及影响因素。　方法　采用世界卫生组织生存质量量表 (WHOQOL-10 0 )和生活事件量表 (LES)对郴州市 8家医院 3 3 7名护士进行问卷调查。　结果　护士的生活质量低于普通人群 ;护士的生活质量受多因素的影响 ;经多元逐步回归分析 ,影响护士生活质量的因素有 :生活质量自评分、婚姻满意度、政治面貌、经济满意度、生活事件总分、工作满意度、担心下岗 ;其中生活事件总分、担心下岗与生活质量呈负相关。　结论　护士的生活质量不容乐观 ,应针对不同群体采取不同措施来改善和提高护士的生活质量。Objective To study the quality of life of the nurses and its affecting factors. Methods 337 nurses from 8 hospitals in Chenzhou were investigated by WHOQOL-100 scale and Life Event Scale(LES). Result The quality of life of the nurses was lower than that of the Chinese norm. The quality of life of the nurses was affected by many factors. Multiple stepwise regression analysis revealed that the major factors affecting quality of life were self-reported score of quality of life, marriage satisfaction degree, political status ,economic satisfaction degree, total score of life event, working satisfaction degree,and worry about being laid-off. The total score of life event and worry about being laid-off were negatively related to the quality of life. Conclusion Effective measures should be taken to improve and enhance the quality of life of the nurses.
