摘　　要：高等院校档案管理信息化将促进档案管理效率和档案资源效用的提高 ,应成为校区信息化的重要组成部分。本文探讨了高校档案管理信息化的内涵和外延 ;论述了加快实施档案管理信息化的必要性和重要性 ;强调了档案管理信息化建设是一项系统工程 ,需要领导、员工、教师、学生的紧密配合、协调一致 ;文中同时从加强基础管理、业务流程再造、软硬件投入、专家咨询系统等方面提出了实施信息化应作好的基础工作。The IT application in the archives management in universities will improve the efficiency of archives management and effectiveness of archives resources. It should be an important part of IT application at the campus. This paper discusses the intension and extension of the IT application in the archives management. It analyzes the necessity and importance of the IT application in the archives management. It emphasizes that the construction for IT application in archives management is a systematic engineering. It is necessary that leaders,stuff,teachers,and students work together. At the same time, this paper puts up many aspects of basic work to implement IT application,which include basic management, business reengineering,investment of software and hardware,and expert consultation system.
