摘　　要：我国旅游资源蕴藏丰富地区与贫困地区有很大的重合性,因此发展生态旅游往往成为贫困地区脱贫致富的首选主要产业,而生态旅游业开发中生态环境、社会、文化问题和旅游经济结构问题也随之显现。保护贫困地区的生态环境与生态美,建立合理的生态旅游经济结构,寻求旅游业发展与自然、文化和人类生存环境的和谐统一,走可持续发展之路,是贫困地区发展生态旅游业的必然选择。A lot of ecotourism attractions exist in the poor area in China, so ecotourism is often chosen as the main industry to be developed in Western China. But many problems involved ecology, society, culture, economic structure of tourism appeared. The only choice is applying for sustainable development, i.e., to protect the ecological environment and aestheticism, establish proper ecologic structure of tourism, and pursue the sustainable development of nature, culture, living environment of human beings and tourism.
