摘　　要：幽门螺杆菌(heliconacterprlori),简称HP,是消化性溃疡的主要致病细菌和消化性溃疡复发的主要因素 对HP感染的消化性溃疡的根除治疗,已成为医务界的共识和探索目标 各种根除治疗HP的方案,各有优缺点 采用以铋剂为核心的四联治法,对经胃镜确诊的活动性十二指肠溃疡的门诊患者30例进行治疗后。Heliconacters Prtori (H.P) is the main bacterium to cause peptic ulcers and the main reason for the recurrence of peptic ulcers. It has become the common sense and exploring target for the medical circle to eradicate H.P infected peptic ulcers. Various approaches for the dereliction of H.P have their advantages and disadvantages, the writer used the four-combined-treatment approach, (entered on bismuth agent, to treat thirty patients who were confirmed to be active duoclenaluleer ones, and got satisfactory result.
