摘　　要：文章从高校实验室队伍的现状入手,探讨了加强高校实验人员队伍建设的重要性和必要性,并对建设一支高素质的实验人员队伍提出了一些建议和措施,以期达到尽快改善高校实验人员队伍的素质和结构,提高科研和实验教学水平,促进学科发展的目标。Based on the analysis of the current situation of lab staff in universities, the paper discusses how to build up a lab staff team with high quality and puts forward some proposals for the said purpose in the hope of improving the quality of the lab staff and the structure so as to raise the level of both scientific research and experiment teaching and promote the development of disciplines.
