摘  要:目的 研究电磁辐射 (EMR)对大鼠血脑屏障 (BBB)的影响。方法 本文采用伊文思蓝静脉注射 ,荧光显微镜下观察不同参数的 EMR诱发大鼠 BBB的损伤情况。结果 伊文思蓝在 EMR诱发的大鼠 BBB开放局部呈现荧光斑 ;随着时间的延长 ,荧光斑数量减少、面积减少 ;荧光斑在EMR组的全脑的分布 ,以皮质、丘脑、下丘脑、小脑、尾壳核和延髓较多。结论  EMR可致大鼠BBB损伤 (血管通透性增强 ) ;但随着时间的延长 ,血管通透性又逐渐降低 ,辐照 6 h后 。Objective To investigate the effect of electromagnetic radiation (EMR) on rat brain blood barrier (BBB) at different time after irradiation. Methods Evans blue (EB) was used on the rat by intravenous injection, then through fluorescent microscope observed the effect. Results EB could form fluorescent faculae in brain where the BBB permeability had changed; but following the passing of the time the number and area of fluorescent faculae decreased. Conclusions EMR can induce changes of rat BBB permeability, but following the passing of the time the BBB permeability may recover gradually. It can become normal as the control after 6 hours.
