摘　　要：目的 :探讨砒霜治疗白血病的作用机理。方法 :用血清药理学方法研究砒霜对人白血病细胞株K5 62细胞的作用 ,通过荧光光度测定法、流式细胞术检测细胞膜流动性、细胞周期。结果 :砒霜能使K5 62细胞膜流动性增高 ,G0 G1期细胞百分数减少 ,S期细胞百分数增加 ,并具有诱导K 5 62细胞凋亡的作用。Objective: To explore the mechamism of treating leukemia with arsenical agents. Methods: Cell lines K562 was used to observe the effect of rat's serum with arsenical agents on membrane fluidity and cell cycle by fluorophotometry and flow cytometry. Results: Serum of the rats that are given arsenical agents could increase membrane fluidity and S phase cells' percentage of cell lines K562 and decrease G0-G1 phage cells' percentage. In addition. we find that the serum of the rats given arsenical agents could induce the apoptosis of the cell lines K562.
