由张家山汉简《史律》考司马迁事迹一则

摘　　要：关于西汉著名史学家司马迁20岁时游历天下一事的身份、条件、目的,因《史记·太史公自序》未曾言明,故后世学者存有多说。由近年公布的张家山汉墓竹简《二年律令》中的《史律》有关条文来看,司马迁当是以低级史职人员的身份,奉命搜集史迹而去的。Because that his work Shiji: Taishigong's Preface did not mention anything, schoalrs in later ages made many expainations about why Si Maqian, a great historian of the Han dynasty, toured the world when 20 years old, who he was, and what conditions he had then. In recent years, 'Orders of the Second Year' on the bomboo slips of the Han dynasty unearthed at Zhangjiashan has been made public. In light of relevant articles of 'Shilü', one document in 'Orders of the Second Year', we may reach the conclusion that as a low ranking official historian, Si Maqian was under orders to collect historical deeds then.
