摘　　要：为保障89SrCl2注射液用药剂量准确统一,本工作进行了89SrCl2注射液活度测量标准化研究。利用4π液闪、4πβ-γ符合方法。通过四家单位6套装置测量确定其活度标准量值。以4π电离室法为标准方法,对标准样品规格、样品量影响以及标定方法等进行系统研究,最后对三个地区9个实验室的16台活度计进行质控检验。结果表明,85％CRC系列活度计(CRC-15R和CRC-30BC)均在标准值的±5％以内。In order to make sure the standardize of the dosage of 89SrCl2 injection, the standardization for the radioactivity measurement is studied, in which 4πliquid scintillator and 4πβ-γ coincidence method are used. The values of radioactivity standards are determined with six experimental set-ups in four laboratories. 4π ironization chamber method is used as the standard, the specifications of standard samples, the effect of the amount of the solution and the scale method are studied systematically. The quality-control check is completed by using 16 radioactivity meters at nine laboratories in three areas. The results show that the values of CRC-15R and CRC-30BC radioactivity meters are in coincidence within±5% at 85% of the standard value.
