摘　　要：供应链逐渐成为全球竞争的核心单位。企业间的关系趋于进一步合作 ,不再仅仅追求转嫁成本和费用而获利 ,供应链之间的竞争而不是单个企业的竞争成为市场竞争的主体。供应链管理在消除过多存货、提高客户服务水平、缩短生产提前期、降低市场风险和提高整体利益上有着重要作用 ,同时就促进企业转换机制、利用先进管理思想和信息技术、提升企业整体竞争力等方面有着重要意义。With the further cooperation among enterprises,the competition between supply chains has become the main direction of market.The management of supply chians plays an important role in decreasing goods in stock,improving customer service,shortening production preparation,reducing market risk and increasing the overall interests.A reasonable management of supply chains is also of significance for the mechanism transformation of enterprises and for the promotion of overall competitiveness of enterprises.
