摘　　要：中小企业在国民经济发展中起着十分重要的作用。目前我国中小企业面临着诸多问题和困难。为摆脱困境,一方面政府应进一步加大政策倾斜力度;另一方面中小企业自身也应进一步深化改革,强化管理,提高整体素质。Small and mediumsized enterprises, which play a very important role in the national economy of China, are facing a number of problems. To solve these problems, the government should grant more favors and the enterprises themselves should carry out further reform, strengthen management and raise its overall quality.
