莫沙必利与多虑平治疗功能性消化不良的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨莫沙必利与多虑平治疗功能性消化不良的疗效。方法　对 2 0 0 0年 4月～ 2 0 0 2年 4月期间功能性消化不良患者 82例 ,男 5 2例 ,女 30例 ,年龄 2 4～ 5 8岁。随机分为两组 :A组 (42例 )为治疗组 ,给莫沙必利 5mg ,每日 3次口服 ,多虑平 10 0mg ,每晚 1次口服。B组 (40例 )为对照组 ,给安定 5mg每晚睡前口服 ,刺五加片 2片 ,每日 3次口服。两组疗程均为 14d ,用药期间均禁服其它药物及刺激性食物。比较其临床疗效及副作用。结果　A组临床有效率为 83.3%明显高于B组 5 7.5 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ,未见药物不良反应。结论　莫沙必利与多虑平治疗功能性消化不良有显著疗效 ,可在临床进一步推广。Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of moshabili with duoluping in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods: 82 patients with functional dyspepsia during Apr, 2000～Apr,2002, 52 males and 30 females with the age range from 24 to 58 years, were randomly divided into group A (study group, n=42) and group B (control group, n=40). Group A received oral administration of 15 mg moshalili and 100mg duoluping per day as treatment; Group B did mitigatives before sleeping. To forbid another medicine and stimulating food in period of treatment (14 days). To compare its clinical effects and side one.Results: The effect of Group A was better than that of Group B, the clinical effective rate of the therapy in A and B group was 83.3% and 57.5% (P<0.05) respectively. No obvious complication occurred.Conclusions:The therapy of moshabili with duoluping for patients with functional dyspepsia is effective and reliable. It should be regarded as an important part of multidisciplinary for FD.
