摘　　要：2 0世纪的散文理论存在着严重的缺失 :一是散文理论未获得独立的品格 ;二是散文的概念模糊不清 ;三是没有完备的散文理论体系。新世纪的散文理论能否突破和跨越 ,关键在于明确概念 ,规范学科 ,构建新的散文话语 ,确定现代意识的散文理论批评视野。After studying the Chinese prose critical theory in the 20th century, the author of this article points out its serious weakness. First, Chinese prose hasn't gained its independent quality; second, the concepts of Chinese prose is confusing, finally, there isn't any complete theoretical system of prose criticism. The author believes, whether the Chinese prose criticism can make a breakthrough or not depends on clarifying concepts; standardizing the course, building up new prose commentaries, and establishing modern vision for Chinese prose critical theory.
