玻璃体视网膜显微手术治疗后瓣翻转的巨大裂孔性视网膜脱离

摘　　要：介绍12例12眼后瓣翻转的巨大裂孔性视网膜脱离,经玻璃体切割及空气或硅油填充的近代手术治疗结果.硅油填充组5例,4例获得成功,空气填充组7例仅2例成功.6例成功病例的术后视力均在0.05以上,玻璃体切割使翻转、固定的后瓣恢复活动,回复原位成为可能,而硅油作为眼内永久性固定复位的瓣是目前较为可靠、行之有效的方法.Twelves cases (12 eyes) of giant retinal tears with posterior flat folded-over were treated using vitrectomy, membrane peeling, and air or ailicone o(?) tamponade. The operations were successful in 4 of the 5 cases of silicone oil tamponade group and in 2 of the 7 cases of air tamponade group. All the successfully operated eyes (6 eyes) had a visual acuity of 0. 05 or better. We believe that vitrectomy makes it possible for the folded-over and fixed retina to recover mobilization and return to its normal anatomic position.
