视网膜脱离患者网膜下积液的免疫学检测及其临床意义

摘　　要：检测了21例视网膜脱离患者网膜下积液免疫球蛋白和补体的含量,发现视网膜脱离患者可能在眼局部存有免疫反应,随病程增长,免疫反应加重,高度近视患者易发生免疫反应和发生免疫反应患者手术愈后不理想,并讨论了与网脱范围和裂孔大小、数目的关系。Immunoglobins and complement in subretinal fluid(SRF)were detected in 21 patientsof retinal detachment(RD).It was found that there might exist ocular immune responsein the patients of RD.The immune response might be developed with the long period ofRD.Immune response occurred to the patients of excessive myopia more often and the pa-tients with immune response had no good surgical result.The relationship of immunoglobinsand complement in SRF with the number and size of the tear and the extent of RD is alsodiscussed in this article.
