安钠咖球结膜下注射治疗前房延缓形成疗效观察

摘　　要：报告一种治疗前房延缓形成的新方法,用5%安钠咖(苯甲酸钠咖啡因)0.5ml 球结膜下注射,每日或隔日一次,共治疗24例(24只眼),注射1～5次治愈者达87.5%主要适应症为睫状体脉络膜脱离。无全身和局部副作用,本法具有安全、简便、效果好的优点。This paper reports a new method in the management of flat anterior chamber.That is0.5cc subconjunctival injection with 0.5% Caffeine,one time per day or the other day.24 cases (24 eye) were treated The rate of cure was 87.5% with the injection once tofive times,The main indication is the flat anterior chamber due to ciliochoroidal detach-meat.No side effects were found topically and generally.It had the merits of safety,simplicity,and good effect.
