摘  要:本文应用d-半乳糖所致的大鼠模拟老年性白内障模型,观察了晶体自由基代谢及全身老化代谢改变。预期地证明,模拟老年性白内障大鼠存在明显的晶体自由基代谢紊乱和除晶体病变以外的其它组织细胞的退行性变化。从牛精子中部分提纯的水溶性非类固醇配子因子具有纠正白内障大鼠晶体自由基代谢紊乱,改善实验大鼠物质代谢和能量代谢水平的作用。We studied free radical metabolism in cataract lens and whole senile metabolicdisturbances induced by d-galatose in rats.The results showed that total amount of freeradicals in lens were increased apparently,SOD and GSH-Px activity decreased and LPOcontent rised significantly.In addition,the senescent degenerations were also observed.Itwas found that NSGF had apparent corrective effect on the metabolic disorder of freeradicals in cataract lens and normalized influence on senescent degeneration.
