摘  要:中度氩激光凝固使玻璃膜(BM)中形成微小裂隙,重度凝固使BM 中出现巨大裂隙或全层断裂。BM 的修复主要靠再生的视网膜色素上皮(RPE)、脉络膜毛细血管内皮、及浅层脉络膜中增生的成纤维细胞。中度凝固后BM 基本可修复,但微小裂隙不消失。重度凝固后BM 不能全部修复,且实验晚期某些病灶中RPE 及成纤维细胞伸出突起侵蚀BM,有时整个成纤维细胞移行入BM 或BM 上出现疣状沉着物。Moderate argon laser photocoagulation could produce many microfractures in Bruch'smembrane.Severe photocoagulation gave rise to macrofractures or break of Bruch'smembrane.The repair of Bruch's membrane mainly depended on the regenerated retinalpigment epithelium,endothelium of capillaries of choroid,and proliferated fibroblastsin shallow layer of choroid.After moderate photocoagulation,Bruch's membrane couldbasically obtain repair,but the microfractures in it did not disappear.After severe photo-coagulation,Bruch's membrane could not get repaired in all area.And during the late periodof the experiment,it was noted that the processes of retinal pigment epithelium andfibroblasts eroded Bruch's membrane.Sometimes the whole fibroblast invaded into Bruch'smembrane or drusens appeared on Bruch's membrane in some severe laser burns.
