摘　　要：高校贯彻“三个代表”重要思想,首先要根据全面建设小康社会的要求,在适当扩大办学规模的基础上,更好地为地方经济服务,同时处理好改革、发展和稳定的关系。要按照先进文化的发展要求,在高校坚持马克思主义意识形态的主导地位,通过深入探讨大学文化内涵和高校文化整体创新,发挥先进对师生的导向作用。要坚持师生主体地位,实现高校管理民主化,充分体现和维护广大教师的利益和学生的正当权益。In order to carry out the key thoughts of the Three Representatives', we should work for local economicdevelopment and balance the relationship among reformation, development and stability while enlarging our universities' scaleaccording the requirement of developing a wealthy society. We should persist in the dominant function of Marxist ideology inuniversities so as to exert the guided function of advanced culture to teachers and students in term of its demands. Moreover, weshould have teachers and students as our principal part and have our management democratized.
