中药配合眼部电控川芎嗪离子导入治疗糖尿病视网膜病变

摘　　要：目的　探讨中药配合眼部电控川芎嗪离子导入治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效。方法　糖尿病视网膜病变患者 40例 (78只眼 ) ,其中治疗组 2 0例 (38只眼 )用葛根素注射液静脉滴注、内服滋肾健脾化瘀方 ,同时应用电控川芎嗪离子导入。对照组 2 0例 (40只眼 )用葛根素注射液静脉滴注、内服滋肾健脾化瘀方。观察两组治疗前后视力和眼底的变化。结果　治疗组总有效率 86 84% ,对照组 67 50 % ,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组 ,两组疗效比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1 ) ,。OBJECTIVETo observe the effects of traditional C hi nese medicine combined with ligustrazine iontophoresis in the treatment of diabe tic retinopathy METHODSThere were data of 40 patients(78 eyes ) with diabetic retinopathy in our study Twenty cases(38eyes) were treated wit h ligustrazine iontophoresis, and combined with radix puerarin injected into vei n and zishenjianpihuayu(滋肾健脾化瘀)tablet taken orally, and l igustrazine iontophoresis was applied in observed group Twenty cases (40eyes) w ere treated only with same medicine in the control The changes of visual acuity and fundus were investigated before and after treatment RESULTSEffective rate was 86 84% in the observed group, and 67 50% in control grou p The result shows a higher effective ratio in observed group than in control gr oup There was a significant difference between two groups( P <0 01) CONCLUSIONTraditional Chinese medicine combined with ligustrazine io ntophoresis is an effective and simple therapy for diabetic retinopathy
