白内障术前清洁结膜囊方法的比较

摘　　要：目的　探讨两种白内障术前清洁结膜囊方法的疗效。方法　将未患睑缘炎、结膜炎和泪道阻塞的白内障住院患者 94例随机分为观察组和常规组。观察组术前 1天用 0 3%氟哌酸眼液点眼 ,每小时1次 ,连续 8次 ;常规组术前 3天用 0 3%氟哌酸眼液点眼 ,每天 3次 ,共 3天。每组均于入院后使用抗生素前和手术消毒前分别进行结膜囊细菌培养。结果　清洁结膜囊前细菌阳性率观察组为 60 % ,常规组为53 1 % ,分别使用两种清洁结膜囊的不同方法后 ,结膜囊细菌均为阴性。结论　白内障术前用 0 3 %氟哌酸眼液点眼 ,无论是术前 1天 ,每小时 1次 ,连续 8次 ,还是术前 3天 ,每天 3次 ,共OBJECTIVETo evaluate the effect of two methods o n sterilization in conjunctival sac before cataract operation METHODS Ninety-four patients with cataract and without blepharitis,conjunctivit is sac, and obstruction of lacrimal passages had been divided into observed grou p and control group randomly At one day before operation 0 3% norfloxacin eyed rop was dropped into conjunctival sac once per hour for 8 times in the observe g roup 0 3%norfloxacin had been dropped into conjunctival sac three times each day for continuous 3 days before operation Bacteriologic samples were taken fro m the conjunctival sac when the patient was admitted and before sterilization in the two groups All samples were performed bacteriological examination with cu ltivated method RESULTSThe data of 27 samples (60%) showed ba cterial growth in 45 cases of observed group, and 26 samples(53 1%) showed bact erial growth in the 49 cases of the control group There was no bacterial growt h after sterilization of conjunctival sac in the two groups CONCLUSION Both disinfections, at one day before operation 0 3% norfloxacin eyed rop dropped into conjunctival sac once per hour for 8 times and hree times each day for continuous 3 days, are effect on disinfections of conjunctival sac befor e cataract surgery
