摘  要:目的 :通过扫描电镜比较观察福建的泡囊狸殖与斯氏狸殖皮棘结构及其体态的异同。方法 :从福建省建瓯市与松溪县并殖吸虫疫区捕捉福建华溪蟹分离得泡囊狸殖与斯氏狸殖囊蚴 ,分别感染家猫 ,4~ 6个月后解剖在肺脏检出成虫 ,制作扫描考察样本。结果 :两者体棘均为单生型 ,位于口、腹吸盘周围的皮棘以尖刀形和三角形为主 ,排列较为整齐、密集、均匀。腹吸盘侧及睾丸之后的皮棘多呈粗宽的杵状或锤状 ,末端粗钝 ,排列较为稀疏、零乱 ,并多有裂隙。泡囊狸殖与斯氏狸殖虫体体态呈长梭形与钝梭形 ,体宽∶体长为 1∶2 7和 1∶2 1 3 ,但电镜观察的虫体标本的长宽比例不宜作为虫种固有形态特征的依据。结论 :福建产泡囊狸殖与斯氏狸殖体棘结构及其体态较为相似 ,无明显差别。两者可能是同一虫种。Aim:To make a fine structure and arrangement study of the tegumental spines by SEM, and to compare the body shape of both species of P.veoculareis and P.skrjabini from Fujian.Method:Metacercariae of both species were collected from Sinopotamon fujianensis in Jianou and Songxi regions and adults were obtained from the cats infected with these metacercariae 4~6 months after infection.Result:Both species of Pagumogonimus are provided with tegumental spines arranged singly Spines around the oral and the ventral suckers are small, dense or sharp with bayonet shaped.In the hindbody posterior to the ventral sucker and testes,most of spines are chiseled shaped.Besides, the ratio of breadth to length is 1∶2.7 in P.veocularis and 1∶2.13 in P.skrjabini. Conclusions:As compared with the fine structure, arrangement of tegumental spines and body shape, the authors recognized that both P.veocularis and P.skrjabini resemble each other closely in appearance and nature.
