膀胱癌NMP22检测的临床病例对照研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨核基质蛋白 2 2 (NMP2 2 )在膀胱癌诊断和术后监测的作用。方法　采用临床流行病学病例对照研究方法 ,检测4 0例膀胱癌尿液中NMP2 2含量。结果　以美国FDA的诊断参考值 10U/mL为标准 ,本次研究的敏感性为 10 0 % ,特异性为 6 5 %。病例组NMP2 2明显高于对照组 ,病例组各个年龄段的NMP2 2无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。在病例组 ,随着膀胱癌病理分级和临床分期的增加 ,NMP2 2含量亦随之增加 (均P <0 .0 0 1) ,膀胱癌复发者NMP2 2明显高于未复发者 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论　NMP2 2检测技术具有敏感性高、无创伤、可定量分析等优点 。Objective To evaluate the clinical use of NMP22 for diagnosis and surveillance of bladder cancer (BC). Methods The case control study of clinical epidemiology was carried out. The level of NMP22 was measured in the urine of 40 patients with BC. Results According to the diagnosis standard of USA FDA(10U/mL), the sensitivity and specificity of NMP22 for diagnosis of bladder cancer was 100% and 65%, respectively. The level of NMP22 was elevated with the increase of pathological grade and stage ( P <0.001). The value in recurrent cases was significantly higher than that non recurrent ( P <0.001). The value of NMP22 of BC patients, at different ages was not significantly different( P >0.05). Conclusion Urinary NMP22 is a simple, noninvasive, sensitive test for the diagnosis and surveillance of bladder cancer.
