摘　　要：目的　通过对诺氟沙星葡萄糖注射液进行细菌内毒素回收干扰试验 ,建立定量检测诺氟沙星葡萄糖注射液中细菌内毒素的试验方法。方法　采用《中国药典》2 0 0 0年版附录中检测细菌内霉素的动态浊度法。结果　诺氟沙星葡萄糖注射液用细菌内毒素定量检测无干扰因素影响 ,内毒素回收率在 50 %～ 2 0 0 %范围内。结论　使用细菌内毒素动态浊度法定量检测诺氟沙星葡萄糖注射液中细菌内毒素是可行的 。ObjectiveTo establish an assay f or determination of Bacterial endotoxin(BET) in norfloxacin glucose injection by recovery test and interference test MethodAdopt the turb idimetric-kinetic method by The Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2000 edition Re sultThere are no interference in the turbidimetric-kinetic method,th e recovery of BET was between 50% and 200% ConclusionThe me thod was proved to be suitable for determination the BET in norfloxacin glucos e i njection and could be used as an alternative for the rabbit pyrogen test to the injection
