情绪稳定性与Sternberg认知作业静态肌电及皮温的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨情绪稳定性与认知作业静态肌电及皮温的关系。方法:98名飞行学员完成Sternberg双重作业,分别记录静态肌电和皮温。在完成60h飞行训练后进行飞行学员情绪稳定性效标评定。分析情绪稳定性效标与静态肌电和皮温的关系。结果:用飞行情绪稳定性评定量表的3个分效标(一般外显焦虑,飞行前紧张,飞行操作稳定性)分别将被试分为相应的高情绪稳定性组肌电与低情绪稳定性组,3个高情绪稳定性组的肌电(0.026±0.011),(0.027±0.012),(0.025±0.008)V与低情绪稳定性组(0.036±0.012),(0.032±0.008),(0.032±0.005)V相比呈一致性降低,且多达到统计学显著水平(F=5.270,P=0.030;F=1.803,P=0.189;F=8.792,P=0.006),皮温未见一致性变化,统计学检验不显著。结论:在Sternberg双重作业紧张情境中,高情绪稳定性个体肌肉紧张程度较低,但皮温在两类个体间无一致性规律。可能与不同生理指标对情绪反应的敏感性不同有关。AIM:To explore the relationship between emotional stability and the static electromyography and skin temperature in Sternberg cognitive task. METHODS:Ninety eight pilot students finished Sternberg dual task,and their static electromyography and skin temperature were recorded.Their emotional stabilities were evaluated by using the criterion assessment scale of emotional stability scale.The relationship between the emotional stability and the static electromyography and skin temperature was analysed respectively. RESULTS:The subjects were divided into two groups which were high emotional stability group(group 1)and low emotional stability group(group 2) according to the three sub criterions( general apparent anxiety, tension before flying,emotional stability during flying) .Electromyographies in group 1[(0.026± 0.011) V,(0.027± 0.012) V,(0.025± 0.008) V]were concordantly decreased compared with those in group 2[(0.036± 0.012) V, (0.032± 0.008) V,(0.032± 0.005) V],and the difference was significant(F=5.270,P=0.030;F=1.803,P=0.189;F=8.792,P=0.006).However,no concordant change in skin temperature was found,and there was no significant difference between the two groups. CONCLUSION:The individuals of high emotional stability have less muscular tension during the tension situation of Sternberg dual task,but skin temperature has no concordant regulation between the two kinds of individuals.It may be related to differences of emotional response sensitivity with different physiological indices.
