急性面神经炎封闭治疗与药物治疗的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨急性面神经炎的临床特征。方法:将人组患者分为封闭治疗组和药物治疗组,对两组患者的病程与疗效及不同治疗方法的疗效进行了比较分析。结果:封闭组和药物治疗组病小于一周者疗效明显好于病程一周以上者(X2=20.35,P<0.001。X2=8.22,P<0.01);封闭治疗组疗效优于药物治疗组(X2=20.38,p<0.001)。结论:急性面神经炎患者的病程小于一周且采用封闭治疗者疗效最佳。Objective:To study the clinical character of the acute face neuritis.Methods:Put the patients into two groups, including closecure group and mediation group. Compared the course of diseases and curative effect about two groups with other cure ways. Results: The curative effect that the course of diseases about two groups is not more than one week is better than the other case. (X2 = 20.35,p<0.001.X2 = 8.22,p<0.01) The curative effect of the close cure group is better than that of the medication group, (X2=20.38, p < 0.001) Conclusion: That the curative effect of the acute face neuritis patients whose course of diseases is not more than one week is best, at the same time, they must accept the close cure.
