摘　　要：经济高速增长与价格水平下降同时共存的现象,受到学界和政府的极大关注。用重庆市数据建立VAR模型,对价格水平与经济增长进行相关性分析,并进行Granger检验和Johansen协整检验,经济增长和价格水平之间没有确定的相互影响关系。1997年以来,在价格水平下降条件下实现的经济增长,主要原因在于所有制改革和市场经济体制改革、西部大开发战略的实施以及经济结构的调整等。It has been given great concerns by people in academic areas and in government that the rapid development of economy coexisted with the drop of the level of price. How did the level of price influence the growth of economy? The article discussed the relationship between the two aspects according to the situation in Chongqing.
