摘 要:目的 探讨了卵巢癌患者化疗前后血清 TNF、SIL- 2 R水平的变化。方法 分别应用放免法和酶法对32例卵巢癌患者进行了血清 TNF和 SIL- 2 R水平检测 ,并与 35个正常健康人作对照。结果 卵巢癌患者化疗前血清TNF、SIL - 2 R水平高于正常人组 (P<0 .0 1 0 )、化疗后有明显的下降 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,SIL - 2 R和 TNF与 CA1 2 5水平呈正相关 (r值分别为 0 .6 0 1 8、0 .6 2 37,P值均小于 0 .0 1 ) ,机理不明。结论 血清 SIL- 2 R和 TNF可以作为卵巢癌患者的免疫功能监测指标之一 。Objective To study the changes of serum TNF and SIL 2R in patients with ovary cancer before and after chemotherapy.Methods The content of TNF was tested by RIA and SIL 2R by EIA in 32 patients with ovary cancer and 35 normal controls.Results The levels of TNF and SIL 2R before chemotherapy were higher than those in normal controls( P <0.01) and higher than those post chemotherapy( P <0.05).CA 125 had a positive relationship with SIL 2R and TNF( r =0.6018, r =0.6237, P <0.01),but the mechanism of the relationship was not clear at present.Conclusion The results suggest that the detection of serum level of SIL 2R and TNF might he a useful method of monitoring the immune function in patients with ovary cancer.
