摘　　要：复杂性疾病(complex disorder)致病基因的研究已经成为当代医学研究的新热点,其中遗传因素和环境危险因素暴露之间的交互作用对于疾病的病因研究具有重要的科学意义和公共卫生方面的应用价值。近年来,为了研究基因与环境的交互作用,流行病学方法中出现了许多新的研究设计,单纯病例研究(case-only study)就是其中的一种。本文就单纯病例研究的设计、统计分析方法及应用作了简要介绍。The researches of genetic determinants of complex disorder have become the new hotspot of modern medical research . Interaction between susceptible genotypes and environmental risk factors have important scientific and1 public health applications in the etiology of the diseases studies. In recent, years , a number of new study designs of epidcmiologic methods such as case-only design have been proposed to study gene × environment interaction. This paper presents a general framework for the design , statistical analysis and applications of such case-only design.
