47例乳腺癌组织中ER与PR、pS2、C-erbB-2的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨乳腺癌组织中ER与PR、pS2、C-erbB-2表达的临床意义。方法 采用免疫组化S-P法检测47例术前未接受过化疗的原发性乳腺癌中ER与PR、pS2、C-erbB-2的表达。结果 PR、pS2与ER的表达呈正相关。pS2的表达与组织学分级及肿瘤大小呈反比,与患者年龄、淋巴结转移情况无相关性。C-erbB-2的表达与组织学分级及肿瘤大小成正比,与淋巴结转移情况无相关性。结论 ER、PR、pS2与C-erbB-2联合运用可作为乳腺癌预后诊断的可靠指标。Objective To study the clinical significance of expression of ER, PR, pS2、and C--erbB--2 in breast cancer. Methods 47 cases of breast cancer without chemotherapy were examined for expressions of ER, PR, pS2 and C--erbB--2 by immunohistochemical staining technique. Results PR and pS2 expressions were positively related to ER (P<0. 05). pS2 also positively related to the degree of differentiation of breast cancer cells and tumor size. The expression of pS2 in breast carcinoma was not related to patients' age and lymphonode metastasis. The intensity of C--erbB--2 expression was directly related to histological grade and tumor size, and not related to lymphonode metastasis. Conclusion ER, PR, pS2 and C--erbB--2 could be considered as a prognostic predictor for breast carcinoma.
