血管性痴呆的中医实验研究近况

摘　　要：血管性痴呆 (VascularDementia ,简称VD)的中医实验研究模型主要有 4血管阻断法、颈内动脉注射微小栓子法、插线法、大脑中动脉闭塞法、双侧颈总动脉结扎法、双侧颈总动脉缺血再灌注颈总动脉反复夹闭并降血压法、高脂血症大鼠反复脑缺血再灌注法等 ;研究观察指标主要集中在中医药对VD模型大、小鼠的行为学 ,皮质、海马区组织形态学 ,脑血流量、脑内物质代谢的影响等领域。The research models of Vascular Dementia(VD) in TCM are made mainly by the following methods: blocking the 4 blood vessels, injecting tiny emboli to carotids, inserting cord into blood vessels, blocking the middle cerebral artery, ligating bilateral carotids, refilling bilateral carotids in the state of ischemia, repeatedly squeezing common carotid artery plus hypotensing and refilling rats with hyperlipemia and repeated cerebral ischemia. The observation is focused on the effect of TCM on behavior, cortex, histomorphology in hippocampus area, cerebral blood flow and intracerebral substance metabolism of the VD models of mice and rats.
