摘 要:目的 :本文通过对 71例原发性肝癌进行外周血中AFP、CEA、SF、CA -50、CA1 9-9的联合检测 ,探讨其结果对原发性肝癌诊断的临床价值 ;方法 :采用放射免疫法、免疫放射法、化学发光法对 71例原发性肝癌患者和 65例正常人进行肿瘤五项测定 ;结果 :单独检测血清AFP对原发性肝癌诊断的阳性率为 66.2 0 % ,联合检测CEA、SF、CA -50、CA1 9-9阳性率为 92 .96% (P <0 .0 0 5) ;结论 :肿瘤五项的联合检测有助于提高原发性肝癌患者诊断阳性率 。Objective:To determine the diagnostic value of combined detection with AFP, CEA, SF, CA19-9 and CA-50 on primary hepatic cancer. Methods: A total of subjects were designed, 71 in the primary hepatic cancer (PHC) group, 65 in normal control group. RIA, IRA and CLRA measured the serum level of the five makers of above tumor. Results: The positive rate of AFP, CEA, SF, CA-50 and CA19-9 were singly 66.20%, 28.1%, 55.00%, 71.83% and 74.65% respectively in diagnosis of PHC. But the positive rate was up to 92.96% in combining detection for diagnosis of PHC (P<0.005). Conclusion: The combining detection with AFP, CEA, SF, CA-50 and CA19-9 is helpful to enhance the positive rate in clinical diagnosis of PHC; especially, the patients have PHC with negative AFP or low positive rate of detection.
