摘　　要：采用有效质量近似下的变分法,研究了柱形量子线中极化子在基态和第一激发态时的能量.数值计算结果表明:当量子线截面半径减小时,基态和第一激发态能量都将单调增加.In this paper,by solving the effective mass equation with the variational method,we have studied the properties of polaron in cylindrical quantum wires.The energies of the ground state and the first excited state were given.The numerical results show,with the decreasing radius of the quantum wires,the ground state energies and the first excited state energies increase mononically.
