摘　　要：目前,我国舆论监督保护中存在法律保护疲软的现象,主要表现在舆论监督相关的社会认知缺失和沟通不畅,舆论监督保护缺少可操作性的法律规范,现行法律保护机制失衡以及因人的因素导致的司法保护不当倾斜等方面。The phenomenon of legal protection weakening in supprvision protection by public opinion is rather apparent. This phenomenon includes many problems, such as the lack of pertaining social recognition and feasible legal norms, the impediment in relevant connection, the partiality in current legal protecting mechanism and so forth.
