唐山市淡色库蚊幼虫对三种杀虫剂的抗性研究

摘　　要：用DDVP、溴氰菊酯、二氯苯醚菊酯三种药剂对唐山市两个点的淡色库蚊幼虫的毒效试验表明,幼虫对DDVP在区分剂量0.25ppm时敏感,而对后两者则表现抗性。且两点的幼虫的抗性没有显著性差异。与正常品系蚊幼的LC50相比,对溴氰菊酯与二氯苯醚菊酯的LC50分别增长了45.19和1.81倍,与1983年测试的结果比较,分别长了1.53倍及125.67倍。Lavae of Cvlex pipiens pallens collecting from two places in Tangshan exhibited susceptibility to DDVP (diagnosis dosage 0.25 ppm), and showed resistance to Permethrin and Deltamethrin. There was no signifficant difference between the LC50 of the lavae in the two places. The LC50 were increased by 1.8 and 45.19 times respectively comparing with those of normal straing of the lavae, also, were increased by 125.67 and 1.53 times respctains comparing with those in 1987。
