摘　　要：目的 :探讨甲状腺良性肿瘤术中喉返神经损伤的防范措施。方法 :回顾从 1996年 1月至 2 0 0 2年 12月收治的 10 9例甲状腺良性肿瘤病例 ,分析其术中预防喉返神经损伤的方法。结果 :本组无一例发生喉返神经损伤。结论 :在甲状腺良性肿瘤手术中 。Objective:To study the preventive measure of recurrent laryngeal nerve injuries during surgery of benign thyroid tumor.Methods:The clinical data of 109 cases of benign thyroid tumor under going operation was retrospectively analysed.Results:Among all the cases,We didn’t expose the recurrent laryngeal nerve during surgery and the injury of recurrent laryngeal nerve did not occur.Conclusion:Nonexposure of recurrent laryngeal nerve during surgery of benign thyroid tumor is the key to prevent the injury of recurrent laryngeal nerve.
