摘　　要：该文分析当今煤炭企业面临的严峻形势 ,指出建立现代企业新文化的必要性。煤炭企业应不断建立健全企业文化 ,即建立绿色文化、安全文化、网络文化。企业文化建设将有助于煤炭企业扭转被动局面。In this paper,the authors analyzes the austere situation now faced by coal enterprises and necessity to construct up-to-date enterprise cultures.Enterprise cultures,cultures,i.e.green culture,safety culture,internet culture should be created and often improved.The construction of these cultures will be helpful to turn the present situation to right direction.
