摘　　要：我国的民主法治社会最直接的价值依托是公民道德,公民道德建设是我国社会道德建设的 核心。西方公民道德的四个理论问题:公民道德的本质、公民道德为何必要、公民道德与国家的关系、公民不 服从,可为我国公民道德建设提供某种理论参照。Our democratic $ rule - by - law society directly depends on the intrinsic value of civil virtue that constitutes the core of our social morality construction. For purpose of maintaining a theoretic reference for our social morality construction, the articale is discusses four issues of western theory of civil virtue :What is civil virtue, why is civil virtue necessary, the relation of civil virtue and the country,civil obedience.
