S_(180)移植瘤瘤周淋巴管和血管光镜观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察小鼠S1 80 移植瘤及瘤周组织淋巴管和血管的形态学改变。方法 :将S1 80 小鼠腹水瘤接种于昆明小鼠左腋部皮下 ,2 0天切取肿瘤组织及瘤周组织和对侧同一部位正常皮下组织作对照 ,HE染色观察确认肿瘤。光镜下用Schiff染色观察淋巴管和血管。结果 :动物模型显示两周以上小鼠腋部可见明显肿块。Schiff染色可见瘤中心区液化坏死 ,无毛细淋巴管 ;瘤周边区淋巴管及血管密度和淋巴管及血管检出率明显高于正常侧 (P <0 .0 0 1～P<0 .0 0 5 )。瘤周边区淋巴管分布不均匀 ,管腔大 ,形态不规则 ,管壁薄。结论 :S1 80 小鼠移植瘤中心区无淋巴管 ,可见血管 ;瘤周边区淋巴管及血管密度高 ,管腔扩张 ,形态不规则。Objective:To study the morphological change of lymphatic and blood vessel in transplant tumors of S 180 mice.Methods:S 180 cells were inoculated under the skin of armpit of KM mice.Tumor tissues and tumor periphery tissues were obtained after 20 days of inoculation and a comparison was made between them and the normal tissue obtained from the opposite side.HE staining was used to observe the tumors.Schiff was performed at the same time to observe blood vessels and lymphatics under the electron microscope.Results:The animal model showd that the obvious mass could be seen under the armpit of the mice.Schiff staining observed the necrosis in the center region and no lymphatic in the center of the tumor.The periphery lymphatic density and lymphatic examination rate were higher than those of the normal side(P<0.001～P<0.005).The distribution of lymphatic in the tumor periphery is ununiform with big cavity,irregular type and thin wall.Conclusion:There is no lymphatic in the center of S 180 tumor.The density of the lymphatic increases around the tumor,and the cavity extends with irregular shape.
