摘  要:脉冲染料激光器的可见光波段辐射通过共线倍频和非共线混频实现紫外波段的连续可调谐输出。本文比较了波长自动跟踪的开环和闭环两种型式的跟踪方法,用微机实现了分割光斑跟踪的闭环控制,获得的波长自动跟踪效率大于90%。In this paper,closed loop and open loop methods of wavelength auto-tracing are compared.then the closed loop control of separating light beam tracing,in which a sample light spot is separated into two equipower parts in the direction perpedicular to phase matching at beginningwavelength of tuning range,then the powers of two parts are compared andbalanced in the tuning,is analyzed briefly in theory and realized by micro-processor system.The designs for machanic structure and system's dynamiccharacter are present as well.The wavelength auto-tracing efficiency in outexperiment is better than 90%.
