现实人类的利益是规避和消解不义的正义标准

摘　　要：社会生活中有许多不义,不义是人类特有的现象,不要企望根除不义,人们企图根除不义的努力曾导致了更多的灾难和不义。规避和消解不义的正义方式是它们必须符合现实人类的生存和发展,正义要求向前看,原谅和宽恕有时是更好的方式,更符合受害者和整个社会的利益。处理不义的措施不能导致新的不义,不能带给受害者新的痛苦,更不能使不义在更大范围上泛滥。There are injustices in the social life of the mankind. We shouldn't wish to get rid of them completely. People's effort in removing the injustice led more tragedies and injustices. But injustices must be eluded and cleared up. The best way of eluding and clearing up them is that it should accord with the mankind's existence and development.Forgiveness and remission sometimes is the best way and accords best with benefit of the victim and the society. The measures of coping with the injustices cannot lead to a new injustice ,cannot bring new suffering to the victim, cannot let injustices spreal unchecked.
