进行期胃癌126例诊治体会

摘　　要：目的　探讨进行期胃癌的诊断和治疗。方法　 2 0 0 0年 1月 2 0 0 3年 1月收治进行期胃癌 12 6例 ,结合文献对其诊断和治疗进行分析。结果　 12 6例中 ,行根治性切除 (D ) 74例 ,姑息性胃大部切除 17例 ,胃空肠吻合术 15例 ,剖腹探查术 10例。结论　掌握进行期胃癌的诊断、手术原则、手术方式及科学合理的综合治疗 ,是提高生存质量。Objective To study the diagnose and treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods All 126 cases of advanced cancer are admitted from Jan.2000 to Jan.2003.We have analyzed all cases of diagnose and treatment combining with the documents.Results Among all 126 cases,74 cases are radial cure(D 2 +),17 cases are used indulged gastrotomy,15 cases are gastrojejunostomy,10 cases are abdominal laparotomy.Conclusions In order to improve the life quality and lengthen the life,it is an important method to grasp the diagnose of gastric cancer,the principle and method of operation,and the scientific reasonable comprehensive treatment.
