摘　　要：目的了解武汉市武昌区精神发育迟滞的卫生服务利用和需求以及满意度。方法对 10 8例一胎精神发育迟滞与正常儿童进行 1∶1对照入户调查。结果就诊医院以附属医院和省级医院为主 ;就诊科别集中在儿科。最需要的服务机构是专科门诊、特殊教育学校。遗传咨询比例约 5 0 %。自费比例为 37 96 % ,没有医疗保险。对医院满意度调查中一般 5 7 4 1% ,不满意 2 6 85 % ,很满意 15 74 %。结论有必要对高危人群宣传遗传咨询。要加强专科门诊建设和特殊教育发展规划 ,并从社会保险、医疗保险和商业保险以及社会救助中重视这一以前忽略的领域。Objective: To understand the utilization , need and satisfaction of health service of mental retardation (MR) in Wuchang, Wuhan. Method: 108 MRs were investigated and a 1∶1 case-control study was carried out. Results: The pediatric department of the affiliated and higher than municipal hospitals were given priority by parents of MR. The most needed institutions were the special policlinic and school of special education. The proportion of genetic consultation was about 50%. The proportion of MRs at their own expenses was 37 96% and all of the MRs had no medical insurance. 57 41% of consumers satisfaction was at the “general” level, and 26 85% were “bad”, and 15 74% were “good”. Conclusion: It's necessary to propagandize genetic consultation in the high risk population. The program of the special policlinic and school of special education should be enhanced. MR population must be attached importance to in social , medical , commercial insurance and the social salvation.
