椎基底动脉系统短暂性脑缺血发作与患者的记忆功能

摘　　要：目的:探讨椎基底动脉系统短暂性脑缺血发作(transientischemicattack,TIA)与记忆障碍的关系。方法:采用《临床记忆量表》甲式对30例椎基底动脉系统TIA患者和30例正常对照者进行记忆检查和评定,两组资料在性别、年龄、文化程度和利手间差异无显著性意义。结果:椎基底动脉系统TIA患者的总分与基础分值的百分比(71.0±19.0)%、记忆商数(84.0±17.0)%、指向记忆(14.1±5.2)%、联想学习(13.0±5.1)%和图像自由回忆成绩(13.0±5.0)%与正常对照组(81.0±17.0)%,(92.0±14.0)%,(16.5±5.6)%,(15.2±4.2)%,(16.0±5.2)%比较差异有显著性意义(t=1.720～2.418,P<0.05),无意义图形再认和人像特点联系回忆成绩间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:椎基底动脉系统TIA患者存在记忆障碍,与脑循环障碍和脑代谢障碍致脑功能降低有关。AIM:To investigate the relationship between transient ischemic attack(TIA) in vertebral basilar artery and patients' memory function. METHODS:Clinical Memory Scale was employed to evaluate memory function in 30 TIA patients in vertebral basilar artery and 30 healthy controls.The gender,age and education background were matched between the two groups and there was no si gnificance in handedness. RESULTS:For TIA patients,the radios of total scores to basic scores,memory qu otient,directed memory,paired-association learning and free recall of pictures were( 71.0± 19.0) % , ( 84.0± 17.0) % , ( 14.1± 5.2) % , ( 13.0 ± 5.1) % and(13.0± 5.0)% respectively,which significantly differed from t hose in the control group[(81.0± 17.0)% ,(92.0± 14.0)% ,(16.5± 5.6)% ,(15. 2± 4.2)% and(16.0± 5.2)% respectively](t=1.720-2.418,P< 0.05).And there was no significant difference in the recognition of meaningless figures and reca ll of the connection between portraits and their characteristics(P >0.05). CONCLUSION:Memory disorder occurs in vertebral basilar artery of TIA patients ,which may be related with the decreased brain function induced by brain circula tory disorder and brain metabolic dysfunction.
