摘  要:目的 研究激光焊接对钛 -瓷结合的影响。方法 在激光焊接铸钛试件焊缝区域周围熔附钛专用低温瓷 ,采用三点弯曲法测试钛 -瓷结合力 ,电子扫描电镜观察钛 -瓷界面并进行EDX分析。未焊接的铸钛试件作对照。结果 激光焊接铸钛试件与瓷的结合强度和未焊接试件的钛 -瓷结合强度分别为 4 6 33± 0 97、4 0 71± 0 93,差异无统计学意义 (P >0 0 5 )。扫描电镜显示钛 -瓷界面结合紧密 ,界面元素分析示钛瓷界面有元素相互扩散。Objective To investigate the effects of the Laser Welding on bond of porcelain fused to titanium.Methods The laser welded pure titanium plates were fused with low-fusing porcelain at fusion zone. The bond strength of the samples was measured by three-point bending test. The interface of titanium and poecelain was investigated by SEM and EDAX. The non-welded titanium plates were used as comparison.Results The bonding strength (N) between laser-welded Ti and low-fusing porcelain, non-welded Ti and low-fusing porcelain were 46.33±0.97,40.71±0.93(P>0.05). The SEM showed the interface was compacted at the boundary. The titanium was diffused to low-fusing porcelain and silicon, and alumina was diffused to Ti basement.Conclusion Laser welding did not affect low-fusing porcelain fused to pure Ti.
