摘　　要：目的　观察表皮生长因子受体 (EGFR)在口腔复发性阿弗他溃疡 (RAU)组织中蛋白和基因表达变化。方法　用免疫组化和RT PCR技术检测EGFR在RAU中表达的变化。结果　RAU组织中EGFR的mRNA表达明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 )。EGFR在正常黏膜和RAU中表达水平较低 ,阳性表达位于细胞膜、胞质 ,正常黏膜中表达主要位于基底细胞层中。在RAU中该蛋白表达水平明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　RAU中的EGFR表达受抑 。Objective To explore the expression change of protein and mRNA of EGFR(epidermal growth factor receptor)in RAU(recurrent aphthous ulcer). Methods The expression intensity and distribution of EGFR were examined with immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR method in 8 cases of recurrent oral aphthous ulcer and 7 cases of normal oral mucosa. Results In RAU, the expression level of EGFR protein was lower than that of oral mucosa (P<0.05) and the mRNA of EGFR expression significantly decreased. Conclusion The inhibition of expression EGFR in RAU might be one of the mechanisms which was involved in RAU formation.
