摘　　要：采用文献资料法,阐述了足球法治的基本内涵。揭示法治在足球改革中的意义:加强足球法治建设是做好与国际接轨的需要,是发展足球市场、规范各种关系的需要,是保障足球改革持续健康发展的需要。论述法治是促进和保障足球改革顺利推进的强有力手段,是调节足球改革中各种经济关系、维护改革秩序的有效杠杆。Using the method of literature, the present study has set forth the basic connotation of legalization of football, and revealed the significance of legal system in the reform of football, and that strengthening the construction of legal system of football is the need for connecting the Chinese football to the world one, developing football markets and regularizing all kinds of relations, as well as ensuring the continued and healthy development of football reform. It has also expounded that legal system is not only the forceful means of promoting and ensuring the smooth advancement of football reform, but also the effective lever to adjust all kinds of economic relations in football reform and to safeguard the reformatory order.
