摘　　要：费振刚等辑校的《全汉赋》一书 ,具有较高水平的学术价值 ,它首先阐释了什么是赋 ,其次严格区分了辞与赋的界限 ,其三是基本解决了汉赋作家作品的归属问题。该书博采广收 ,校勘精审严谨 ,是汉赋研究的必备参考文献。然而尚有两方面问题值得商榷 :一是汉赋作家作品的归属问题 ,二是辑佚方面尚有遗漏。The Collected Rhymeprose of Han Dynasty edited by Fei Zhengang.has a higher level of art value.First,it expounded the meaning of Rhymeprose.Second,it differentiate the ballad and Rhymeprose Strictly.Third,it solved the writers of Han Rhymeprose and their works basically.That book,collected widely,which is the essential references for the research of rhymeprose of Han Dynasty,but there are still two aspects to be worth discussing.First,some Han Rhymeprose and their writers.Second,some edit omitting.Even though, Collected Rhymeprose of Han Dynasty still is a valuable book for the researching of Han Rhymeprose.
